Flowers for Lincolnton, NC

Lincolnton has been a courthouse town since the Revolution. The county seat was planted right at the site of the 1780 Battle of Ramsour's Mill, and Court Square still anchors downtown; a few blocks away, on the South Fork of the Catawba, Michael Schenck built North Carolina's first textile mill in 1813, and the river and its mill villages shaped the town that grew around them. Today Lincoln County sits just west of Charlotte and the Lake Norman shore, close enough to feel the metro's pull but still its own place. Deliveries move through that geography every day — bouquets to the Court Square shops and the neighborhoods off East Main and Generals Boulevard, sympathy work to the churches that ring the old mill district, and get-well orders up to Atrium Health Lincoln on Gamble Drive. Addresses out toward Boger City, Iron Station, and the Denver side near the lake give a driver a longer, rural run past the fields and river bottoms.
