What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?

Order before the florist's local cutoff — usually 2–4 PM in the recipient's timezone. The cutoff is shown on every product card before you check out.

Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?

Florists hand-arrange every order. We promise the recipe (the same flowers and same vase), but exact stem placement and seasonal substitutions may vary.

What if it arrives late or damaged?

100% refund or replacement. Just email us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll handle the rest.

Can I send anonymously?

Yes. Toggle the anonymous gift option at checkout — your name won't appear on the card and the recipient won't see your details.

Can I include chocolates or wine?

Many florists carry add-ons. Look for the 'Gifts + Food' chip on the product page.
