The most sustainable flower is the one grown nearest your recipient. Our network is built to make that the default.
What we do today
- Every order is hand-arranged by a florist within 5 miles of the delivery address — no air freight, no warehouse hops.
- Partner florists are scored on local sourcing — we surface eco-friendly stems first when available.
- Stems we don't sell get composted by our partners. No flower goes to landfill from a GoFloristGo order.
- Compostable wrapping and recycled paper cards on all gift orders.
What's next (2026)
- Carbon-neutral last-mile delivery in our top 25 metros.
- Transparency labels — you'll see where each stem was grown before checkout.
- Florist sustainability audits + a published score for every verified florist.
