Terms of service.

1. Agreement

By using GoFloristGo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. We may update these terms — material changes will be announced at least 30 days in advance.

2. Orders & delivery

Each order is fulfilled by an independent local florist. Same-day cutoffs vary by florist; the cutoff displayed on the product page at the time of order is binding. If a same-day order misses the cutoff due to our error, we issue a full refund.

3. Pricing & payment

Prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable sales tax shown at checkout. Delivery and service fees are itemized before payment. We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. BloomPass members receive applicable discounts automatically.

4. Refunds

100% refund or free replacement on damaged, late, or missed deliveries reported within 48 hours. Outside that window, we issue store credit at our discretion.

5. Account & abuse

You're responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate florist terms, abuse refund policies, or attempt fraudulent payments.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoFloristGo is liable only for the value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
