The short version: we collect what we need to deliver your order, we never sell your data, and you can see or delete everything we hold.

What we collect

To deliver your order and run your account, we collect:

  • Recipient and sender details - names, addresses, phone numbers.
  • Payment information - processed by our payment partner; we never store the full card number.
  • Order history and BloomPass status - to power your account.
  • Anonymous browsing telemetry - to fix bugs and improve performance.

How we use it

Only to fulfill orders, communicate about them, run your account, and improve our service. We don't use your data for targeted advertising - there's no third-party ad network embedded in our site.

Who we share with

The florist fulfilling your order (so they can prepare the bouquet) and our payment processor (so we can charge your card). That's it. We don't share or sell to advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else.

Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of all your data at any time. California residents: see our Do Not Sell My Personal Information page. EU/UK residents: full GDPR rights apply, exercised by emailing privacy@gofloristgo.com.

Data retention

Order history is retained for 7 years to support tax, fraud, and customer disputes. Anonymous telemetry: 90 days. Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe. Account deletion removes all PII within 30 days, except records we're legally required to retain.
