What we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, password hash.
• Order data: recipients, addresses, gift messages, payment tokens.
• Device & usage: IP, browser, pages viewed (used in aggregate to improve the product).

How we use it

• To fulfill your orders and route them to the right florist.
• To notify you about delivery status (only if you opt in to SMS/email updates).
• To improve the product — never sold to advertisers.

Who we share with

Florists receive only the data needed to deliver: recipient name, delivery address, contact phone, gift message, and order details. Payment processors handle card data directly — we never see the full card number.

Your rights

• Export all your data at any time from Account → Settings.
• Delete your account and all associated data on request.
• California (CCPA) and EU (GDPR) residents have additional rights — see “Do Not Sell My Info”.
