Yes. Campus offices in Strong Hall, Wescoe Hall, Budig Hall and Capitol Federal Hall out on west campus all take front-desk drops during business hours, and a department name plus a room number gets it there faster than a building name alone. Off the hill, the Douglas County Courthouse at 1100 Massachusetts and City Hall at 6 East 6th both route through a staffed counter. Staff birthdays at LMH Health on Maine Street go to the unit desk with the department named. Out in the East Hills Business Park and Lawrence VenturePark off K-10, a reception will take it without ceremony.

You choose, and in Kansas the choice matters more than people expect. A shaded porch in Old West Lawrence or East Lawrence is a fine place for a vase arrangement in April or October. In a July afternoon at 98 degrees on an unshaded west-facing step, cut stems are done in under an hour, and a January morning does the same damage from the other direction. Ask for a signature handoff, name a neighbor, or pick a delivery day when someone is in. If the address is a two-story conversion near campus, give the apartment letter rather than letting the driver guess at a shared door.

Usually, but it is a call the restaurant makes, not us. Downtown rooms like Free State Brewing at 636 Massachusetts, 715 up the block, and Pachamama's on New Hampshire will generally hold an arrangement and set it at a table if you tell them it is coming and the reservation is in your name. Book the table first, then order the flowers for the afternoon rather than the evening, because a dinner service has nowhere to put a vase at seven. A compact design travels better in a crowded room than a tall one. On a football or commencement weekend, assume no.

Yes. The search radius for this market runs 60 miles, which is wider than usual and deliberately so — it takes in Eudora and Baldwin City down US-59 and K-10, Lecompton and Perry to the northwest, Tonganoxie toward Leavenworth, and reaches Topeka and the Johnson County suburbs at the edges. Rural Douglas County addresses get an honest yes or no at checkout once the ZIP is in. For a farmhouse on a county road, put the nearest cross road in the notes and add a phone number, because a gravel-road address without a landmark is the one thing a driver cannot solve alone.
