Flowers for Reedsville, WI

Reedsville is a Manitowoc County village of a few hundred homes sitting on Highway 10 between Brillion and the lakeshore, with the Manitowoc River threading past the edge of town. There is not much of a grid here — a main street, the school, St. Mary Catholic Church, and residential lanes that give way to dairy farms within a block or two. That rural setting shapes how flowers move: a same-day order rides along with whatever route is already heading down the Highway 10 corridor, so an early order is far more dependable than one placed at the last minute. Most of the local demand is the plain, human kind — a birthday out on a county road, a get-well vase to a neighbor, sympathy pieces for a service at St. Mary or a funeral home in Brillion or Chilton.
