Flowers for Prior Lake, MN

Prior Lake grew up around water. Upper and Lower Prior Lake stitch together through The Channel, boats and docks define the summer, and the whole town leans toward the shoreline — from the older cottages that turned into year-round homes to the big subdivisions that filled in south of County Road 42 over the last two decades. That shape drives how flowers move here. A designer times deliveries around lakefront cul-de-sacs, the Jeffers Pond and Fish Point neighborhoods, and the resort traffic at Mystic Lake and Little Six, where hotel-room drops for anniversaries and birthday getaways are a steady thing. Downtown near Main Avenue, the schools, and the care communities round out the day, with sympathy orders heading to the area's funeral chapels and get-well bouquets going out toward the Fairview and Allina clinics that serve this corner of Scott County.
