Flowers for Peachtree City, GA

Peachtree City was drawn on paper before it was built, and it shows: five named villages, ninety-some miles of golf-cart paths tunneling under the roads, and two lakes — Peachtree and McIntosh — set into the plan on purpose. For a florist that geography is a puzzle of loops and cul-de-sacs, not a straight grid, so a delivery here is really a village first and a street second. A typical week's orders fan out to the retirement blocks around Kedron, birthday bouquets to the lake houses off Braelinn, anniversary roses aimed at a dinner at The Avenue, and a steady thread of get-well work carried north to Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, which handles most of the county's medical needs. Falcon Field brings the occasional welcome bouquet for aviation crews, and the Trilith studio corridor off Veterans Parkway now adds wrap gifts and congratulations flowers for productions parked south of Atlanta.
