Flowers for Odessa, TX

Odessa is the Ector County seat and the larger half of the Midland-Odessa metroplex, the twin-city heart of the West Texas Permian Basin oil economy. Deliveries here run from downtown and the Ector County Courthouse out to the University of Texas Permian Basin and Odessa College on the southwest side, north through Grandview and the neighborhoods off 42nd Street, and east along I-20 toward Midland — with the Music City Mall area, the University Boulevard corridor, and the Kermit and Andrews Highway industrial stretches making up the rest of the regular route. Because Odessa and Midland function as one connected market, drivers routinely cross the county line on a single run, planning around the I-20 and Loop 338 traffic and the shift changes at the big oilfield-service yards that drive so much of the local order volume.
