Flowers for Guttenberg, NJ

Guttenberg is the smallest municipality in Hudson County and one of the most densely populated places in the United States — roughly a fifth of a square mile stacked up the face of the Palisades, from Bulls Ferry Road at the bottom to Bergenline Avenue at the top. There is a single ZIP code, 07093, and almost no single-family front door inside it: nearly every delivery here ends at an apartment, a walk-up vestibule or a tower lobby. That one fact decides how a Guttenberg order should be written. The street number gets a driver to the building; the unit number is what actually gets the flowers into your recipient's hands.

The second thing worth knowing before you order is what a Galaxy address means. The Galaxy Towers complex at 7000 John F. Kennedy Boulevard East is both a residential address and a commercial one, and Our Birthing Center on the Hudson lists its location as Unit 110 inside the Galaxy Mall there. Those are not the same destination. If the gift is for the birth center, name the center in full instead of sending flowers to "the Galaxy" and follow the center's own arrival information; if it is for a resident, use the apartment the recipient gave you and let no complex name replace it.
