Can you deliver to a restaurant before we arrive?
+
Yes, and it works better than people expect if you set it up properly. Give us the restaurant name and street, the reservation name, the reservation time, and a delivery window three or four hours earlier. Most rooms will hold a hand-tied piece at the host stand and bring it to the table, and a wrapped hand-tied travels better through a coat check than a tall vase does. Call ahead yourself if the room is small — a twelve-table place on Bloomfield Avenue may simply have nowhere to put it. What does not work is a delivery timed to your arrival.
Do you deliver to The Manor, Highlawn or Pleasantdale Chateau in West Orange?
+
Those addresses sit four to five miles south-east of Caldwell along Prospect Avenue and Eagle Rock Avenue on the First Watchung ridge, and they are inside the radius for every shop on this grid. Deliveries go to the events or service entrance rather than the front door, and they need the name the table or the event is booked under. During the May-to-October wedding season, ask for a morning or early-afternoon window: a Saturday-evening delivery arrives at a loading area already handling an event, and a piece set down in the wrong place there can sit unnoticed for hours.
Can you deliver to a hotel in Morristown, Parsippany or Short Hills?
+
Yes. The Hyatt Regency Morristown, The Westin Governor Morris and The Madison Hotel around the Morristown green are roughly twelve miles west; the Hanover Marriott on Route 10 in Whippany and the Parsippany cluster along Route 10 and I-287 are closer, with Flowers Bycottage in Parsippany at 7 miles the nearest bench; the Hilton Short Hills is about eight miles south. Front desks hold arrangements for arriving guests, so we need the surname on the reservation and the check-in date. Without a matching name the desk will refuse the delivery, which is the one failure mode worth avoiding here.
We are sending flowers for our parents' fiftieth in Caldwell. What is the best way?
+
Send to the house, in the morning, and put both names on the card. This is one of the most common Caldwell orders we handle — adult children who grew up on these blocks sending back to parents who never moved. If they are at Crane's Mill in West Caldwell or Green Hill in West Orange, address the resident by full name and let the front desk deliver internally rather than giving an apartment number alone. If the house has a long driveway up in North Caldwell, say so in the notes. And if there is a party at one of the clubs, tell us the event name and we will route it to the events entrance.
What do anniversary flowers cost in Caldwell?
+
The listed arrangements in this selection start at $25.99. Delivery charges, taxes and optional extras are confirmed for the selected florist and recipient before payment.
Roses, or something seasonal?
+
Roses read as the anniversary signal and nobody will misinterpret them, which is exactly why they are the safe pick for a round number. Seasonal work is usually the better flower for the money at any given week, because the designer is building with what came in fresh rather than with what the calendar demands. A useful rule for this market: roses for the tenth, twenty-fifth and fiftieth, and a seasonal hand-tied for the years in between. Tell the shop in the notes if there is a color she has carried since the wedding and they will build around it where the week's stems allow.
How far ahead should I order for a Saturday anniversary?
+
Order by Thursday. Saturdays here are wedding days from May through October at the ridge rooms in West Orange and at the Mountain Ridge, Green Brook and Essex Fells clubs, and the same shops and the same delivery windows are already committed. A Thursday order gets your piece designed and scheduled instead of wedged into a Saturday run. The same applies to Valentine's week and Mother's Day weekend, the two stretches when same-day capacity in the Caldwells genuinely runs out. Outside those windows, a day's notice is plenty.
